A WARM WELCOME

The Ancient Manor of Polrode dates from Saxon times and is recorded in the Doomsday Book. Enjoy the many sandy beaches and coves or beautiful walks of the National Trust coastline, the Camel estuary or Bodmin Moor.

The region has been designated as an area of outstanding natural beauty and offers a wealth of interest to ornithologists, ramblers and those who love the countryside and the rugged beauty of the Cornish coast.

For those looking for more activity the Camel estuary is a fine centre for sailing, windsurfing and water skiing and the Camel Trail between Padstow and Bodmin is ideal for cycling. Golfing is enjoyed all year round with Trevose, St Kew, Bowood and St Enodoc courses are all within easy reach.
